I was a lawyer, business owner, stay at home mum, social worker and, finally, I realised that my soul's desire is to help people understand and see they can rise and break free of limitations, find happiness and fulfilment in their lives, and achieve their most desired goals and dreams using the power of the mind.
All my life I have been fascinated with the human mind and the connection with the nightly dreams. I began my search to understand how the human mind works, why some of us are happy and fulfilled and others can't seem to find the right formula. Why do some succeed in everything they do and others struggle all their lives. I kept asking myself: "What is happiness? Why do we dream? And what is our purpose?".
In finding those answers, dreams were and still are my ultimate guide!

It is an approach that focuses on the SOLUTION and NOT THE PROBLEM, it is future driven. This means that you will not be expected to talk about or relive any painful memories. That is not to say that the past didn’t happen, and if there is a phobia or trauma to work through then this can be done in the first few sessions. But after that, the sessions are designed to help you to move forward and focus on how you would like your life to be rather than how it is now.
I've always remembered my dreams, every single night and often more than one, which allowed me to have a good understanding of the subconscious mind and realising that it is actually trying it's best to be our friend by pointing out what's going on behind the curtains, during our sleep. And the moment we start to understand, we start to heal.
