I'm a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist graduated from the renowned Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School in Edinburgh.
I am insured and registered with the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I have recently relocated together with my family from Aberdeen to the Black Isle, in a picturesque little village called Munlochy and, since the global pandemic started, I moved my services completely online and that allows me to have a global reach. I offer online sessions over zoom or phone call and it proves over and over again to be equally beneficial and successful as in-person sessions, with the bonus of you being in the comfort of your own home.
I use practical strategies and the latest research from neuroscience to support you in identifying your goals and identify necessary changes that can help you reach those goals and dreams. Together we find the right solutions for you.
It is an approach that focuses on the SOLUTION and NOT THE PROBLEM, it is future-driven. This means that you will not be expected to talk about or relive any painful memories. That is not to say that the past didn’t happen, and if there is a phobia or trauma to work through then this can be done in the first few sessions. But after that, the sessions are designed to help you to move forward and focus on how you would like your life to be rather than how it is now.
